Ermine New York jewelry is made of 18K Matte Gold or Silver or Bronze ox Plated Brass .
Our jewelry may include also molded glass cabochons, semi-precious stones or Swarovski crystals. Our costume jewelry line is made of mixed metals and may contain Nickel.
Ermine Fine jewelry is made of Sterling Silver 925 , Bronze and Precious stones : Emeralds , Sapphires , Rubies and Antique Rose cut diamonds. Our Ermine Fine line is Nickel free.
It is not recommended to wear jewelry when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up. The patina tends to disappear over time. The speed at which this disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. Loss of patina is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.
Silver and Silver plated jewelry oxidizes naturally with air and humidity. Occasional cleaning with a special cloth will keep the silver shiny and remove the oxidation. In order to best avoid oxidation, keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from the air. If your jewelry requires cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner on collection pieces.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase online , please e-mail us at info@erminenewyork.com within 7 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition
Please note that custom and personalized products purchased online or in our store are not eligible for return or refund .
For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via USPS, UPS , FEDEX or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

We offer a warranty of 6 months on all our jewelry pieces purchased through ErmineNewYork.com or in our Ermine New York flagship store.
Please email us at info@erminenewyork.com with a description of the repair requested , a picture of your item and a copy of your receipt.
We will come back to you with an estimate for cost and delay.
Average delay for repair is 4 to 6 weeks .
For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box and mail it to us via Parcel Post UPS FEDEX or any other insured delivery service.
Please note that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Erminenewyork .com offers free ground USPS shipping with tracking number on all US orders.
For shipping Wordwilde a flat rate of $20 will be applied with USPS First Class International package and a tracking number.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please e-mail us at info@erminenewyork.com immediately. We will issue you a return shipping label to have your item sent back to us, free of charge. Once we have received the original item, we will send you a replacement.
